About Us

Susan Rose and Carole Brown are the principals of HR Side-by-Side. The two began their synergistic partnership in the early 90s as the primary HR executives at Relocation Resources International (RRI), a global workforce mobility corporation with multiple offices in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. There, working side-by-side, the two became the key architects of RRI's global HR policy and programs, helping to build and secure RRI's reputation for consistently maintaining the industry's lowest employee turnover. Areas of expertise include global recruitment strategy, competitive compensation and benefit models, employee relations initiatives, diversity initiatives, professional development and leadership fundamentals and employee recognition.

Beyond their expertise, the principals of HR Side-by-Side are active members of several national, regional and local HR associations, including the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the North East Human Resources Association (NEHRA), and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and other professional business organizations throughout New England.
